The Hiring Engine

ProveToHire

No resume. No applications. No interviews. Just real skills in action.

A simple and fair way for people to prove their abilities through a short trial week before getting hired.

For employers

Discover talent through real work, not paperwork.

0 Resumes
0 Interviews
100% Real work

Built for hiring you can see in action

ProveToHire is a hiring platform built for practical evaluation. Instead of resumes or interviews, candidates complete short trial tasks that show what they can actually do.

Employers get to see real performance. Candidates get opportunities they may otherwise be overlooked for. ProveToHire is a service created and operated by Imaginationz LLC.

What we do

We help employers find talent by letting candidates prove their skills on real tasks.

E

Employers

Reliable workers with skills you can see on the job. Performance over paper.

C

Candidates

A fair chance without traditional hiring barriers.

T

Trial work

Short trials that show real ability, not just a line on a résumé.

ProveToHire eliminates the guesswork from hiring and creates opportunities based on performance.

How it works

For employers
  1. Post a short term trial task or work scenario
  2. Review candidates who commit to the trial period
  3. Hire the candidate who performs the best
  4. Pay a hiring success fee only if you hire someone (depending on your plan)
For candidates
  1. Create a simple profile
  2. Browse available trial opportunities
  3. Commit to one trial at a time
  4. Show your skills during the week
  5. Get hired if the employer selects you

No resumes, no interviews, and no long applications. Just real work.

There is also an unpaid trial option with limited hours. An unpaid trial cannot benefit the company; if it does, it can be considered illegal. The app is set up to keep unpaid trials within those rules.

Common questions

Honest answers to concerns we hear from employers and candidates.

“I need to meet someone first. I want to see if they can hold a conversation and if they’ll fit with the team.”

That’s a fair concern. Chemistry matters. But a one-time interview in a room often shows how well someone can say what you want to hear, not how they actually work. On ProveToHire, candidates are under the employer’s management during a real trial. If someone works a week, eight hours a day, you see how they show up, how they dress, whether they’re on time, how responsible they are, how they communicate on the job, how they handle pressure, and how they fit with the group. That’s much harder to fake than a resume or a short interview.

“What about unpaid trials?”

ProveToHire allows an unpaid option with a limited number of hours. An unpaid trial cannot benefit the company. If the work creates real value for the business, it can be considered illegal. Unpaid trials on ProveToHire are meant to stay within those rules: limited hours, and no productive benefit to the company.

“Doesn’t skipping resumes and interviews lower the bar?”

No. It widens the bar. ProveToHire measures what matters for practical roles: real, observable performance. Employers still decide who to accept, who to pass, and who to hire.

“Is this for every role?”

No. It isn’t for surgeons or highly credentialed specialties. It’s built for practical, entry-level to mid-level roles where structured trial work is a better signal than paperwork.

How we charge

Simple, transparent pricing. Pay when it makes sense for your hiring goals.
